I&#039;ve been grappling with the thought that this video &#039;preaches to the converted&#039; and I&#039;m not so sure how much it engages someone new to sharing and engaging with students online? 
That said, it was made to describe my personal journey and as such it has meant a lot to me to see others appreciating and sharing it... thanks again,
