Dr. Dwayne, It was amazing to read this post. The part that caught my attention the most is knowing that we need to balance the physical, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual, all that makes us humans. Until recently, and due to a medical emergency, I decided to make different changes in my life. It sounds existentialist, but there are situations that take us by surprise and give us a life lesson. The ideal as McGonigal’s affirms, is knowing how to focus stress on an opportunity instead of letting ourselves be consumed by it. Praying is as important as studying, studying is as important as walking, sleeping is as important as reading, writing is as important as going to the gym. The idea of being super engaged for 90 minutes in one activity and alternating with another activity for 20 minutes is a great approach to have high/healthy performance. Dr. Wayne, Thank you again for giving us readings to feed our minds and encourage/uplift our spirits.

    Note: Paragraph #7, has a typo…is it year 2016 or 2006?
